Indians In Denmark:Event : Jun 13-2009: Ethnic Day & Cricket

Indians in Denmark team proudly announces their second event organized at 13th June 2009 at Valby Parken
The Event agenda is Ethnic dress day & Men Cricket- Dress code is not mandatory to participate in this event. So we request every one to participate. It could be nice to see all in Indian dress to make colourful event. It is also an opportunity to meet all Indians in and around Copenhagen.

Schedule: 3:45 PM - All can assemble at Valby Parken Entrance(3A Bus Last stop) (Please be sharp at 4:00 PM) 4:00 PM – Moving to Valby Parken 4:20 PM – Ethnic dress Contest for Women. 4:40 PM – Ethnic dress Contest for Men. 5:00 PM – Ethnic dress Contest for best dressed couple 5:20 PM – Price distribution and Snacks 5:25 PM – Group photo 5:30 PM – Men Cricket

We are planning to serve "Snacks and Cool drinks" during our event. So we expect fund from each participants. Therefore we plan to collect minimum amount of 10 DKK per head. Kids are exceptional. Money will be collected at the day of event.
