November 07-2009: Annual Association Meet @ Copenhagen

Firstly let us begin by thanking you all, for your presence and participation at the Diwali function , the first grand indoor event organized by the ‘Indians in Denmark’ group.
We sincerely hope that all enjoyed the various performances that were put up. Your presence was most certainly an inspiration, and shall spur the group to put up better events, to reach out to the Indian populace in Denmark.

IiD association is planning to conduct the First yearly Association meeting on the 07-NOV-2009 @ 3:00 PM. We request you to make yourself available and provide your feed back for successful future events

We are honored to invite all our 2009 association members to participate in the scheduled meeting. This meeting projects to bring more focus on how the association plans to function in the coming year. During our meeting, we plan to include new volunteers and committee members to help organize our future event more efficiently.

We would also like to welcome all those who would like to join our association and become registered members for the year 2010.

The main agenda of this meeting would include .
* Distribution of prizes and participation certificates to encourage every performer and Organizer
* Selection of committee members for the year 2010.

Schedule for the meeting is as follows

3:00 PM : Prize distribution

3:30 PM : Association update

4:00 PM : Announcement of 2010 board members

4:30 PM : Call for 2010 committee members

5:00 PM : Event closure.

We have decided to extend our association also to Jylland (Jutland) and would like to invite entries for the formation of a committee for the same.
